For this natural color vase, I use Medium 3.3/8"D Kenzan. In my class, I think this is the same for most Ikebana classes, about 10" diameter of shallow vase is used most often. Once you get used to use this size, you can apply your Ikebana skills to both large and small arrangements. Recommended for both beginners and advanced users.
10" D x 2.1/8" H
Made in Japan
The historic town of Hasami in Nagasaki Prefecture is one of the foremost pottery districts in Japan. Hasami began crafting its porcelainware almost 400 years ago. Building on this heritage, HASAMI PORCELAIN was born under the direction of Takuhiro Shinomoto. Clean lines, organic textures and multifunctional designs upgrade the finish of ikebana arrangements. HASAMI PORCELAIN’s curved lines represent the essence of modern Japanese aesthetics that is defined by a combination of modern and traditional styles.
