All returns must be pre-approved by Ichi Ling. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at ichi.ling.store@gmail.com and let us know which item you are returning. The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery date on tracking.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. If there was a mistake on the part of Ichi Ling, or in the case that the item received is defective/damaged, shipping costs for delivery and return will be compensated.

If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags and with a copy of your packing slip included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions. 

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days except in instances of a manufacturing defect. All return items are subject to 10% restocking fee and store credit will only be offered.
