Where is your package coming from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Santa Monica, California. To be shipped on the same business day, orders must be placed before the cut-off time of 8 am PST. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.

What are the shipping cost and transit time?

During the checkout process, you will be presented with all available shipping options, along with their respective costs and estimated delivery times. We provide shipping services through US-MAIL, UPS, and DHL. It's important to note that shipments directed to USPS P.O. Boxes must be sent using USPS mail services. 

(Please be aware that weekends are not counted as part of the transit time for shipping)

Are my packages insured?

We ensure the secure shipment of your item in padded boxes to provide maximum protection. While we strive for safe delivery, we cannot guarantee against mishandling by carriers. Most carriers offer insurance coverage up to $100 for packages. In the event of damage, a claim must be filed with the carrier to seek a refund for any damaged goods. We advise our customers to promptly inspect their items upon arrival and contact us for assistance with any claim process.
